Refund Policy

We offer refunds for all products purchase on our website that are damageexpired or other issues. We offer free store credit, product replacement or a refund to the original payment method. The refund period is 14-days after order delivery and confirm received by customer. As our products are food items, we do not accept returns.

Discounted items or bought with promos are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Packaging damage due to delivery.

Refund assessment:

Our team will request for photographic evidence or description of the product that is not satisfactory to assess if a refund is eligible. Once refund eligible has been assessed, our team will offer free store credit as a default. You are welcome to request for alternative refund method stated above.
